Most Clients come to us when mainstream financing is unavailable, unsuitable or not enough — or when a Funding Request needs real preparation, structuring and institutional presentation before anyone serious will assess it properly.
Our role is not to circulate a pitch deck and make an introduction. We assess whether your Funding Request can be presented credibly, find the information gaps before a credit team does, review the materials you already have, help structure the funding case, prepare the Credit File where it is suitable, and take it to the right Funding Channels and Lenders/Investors.
Where a Funding Request is suitable we stay with it the whole way: initial review, analyst-led case preparation, Credit File submission, LoE & ITs coordination, data room preparation, due diligence support, Investment Memorandum review, Lender/Investor Q&A, Binding Written Offer Terms and completion support.

Newton Ventures is a specialist commercial brokerage and management consultancy firm. We do not lend on our own account, and our role goes well beyond making an introduction — we are involved from initial review through to completion, where suitable.
Newton Ventures’ fee structure is staged and linked to specific points in the funding process — see Fees. Exact fees are confirmed in our Dubai entity’s Client Fee Agreement before the Client is required to make any payment.

Many Clients arrive with a genuinely strong business, asset, project or acquisition — and with materials that are not yet organised in the way sophisticated Funding Channels and Lenders/Investors need to review them. Closing that gap is the work.

This preparation does not guarantee funding. What it does is put a suitable Funding Request in front of the right people organised, evidenced and ready to be tested — which is usually the difference between a quick no and a proper assessment.

All Funding Requests remain subject to review, due diligence, Lender/Investor appetite, commercial viability, available security, Client cooperation, legal documentation and final approval. Newton Ventures operates across London, Dubai and New York, with international financing facilitated through our Dubai entity. New York is a geographic presence only. Project and business-finance Clients contract with, and are invoiced by, our Dubai entity, which is named to the Client once Newton Ventures is satisfied to proceed with the Funding Request.
